When you sign up, you will automatically become a contributor.
You will be given an “about me” page. You will not be able to edit this yourself until you are an editor. Write a draft post with your about me info and I will create a page for you. (When you change your about me info, I’ll update again.)
The contributor stage lasts 3 days.
As an author, you can post things (such as graphics, blog posts, stories) but not keep them permanently.
As an editor you can store all your art and stuff in pages.

See, I wanted to have the friendship benefits of a co-owned site without the slave labour, and the community benefits of livejournal or a forum.
So I’ve created this site. You can join up and post things and have your own page on this site on the web! Of course, you probably have your own site already.
